Inflation Instructions and Deflation Instructions of Parachute Air Lifting Bag

Inflation Instructions

Preparation:

Inspect the air bag for any visible damage before use. Connect the air bag to the lifting harness or rigging system. Ensure the air inflate valve is clean and free of debris.

Connecting Air Source:

Use a compatible air compressor or air cylinder with a pressure regulator. Attach the air hose to the air bag’s inflation valve securely by using quick connector.

Inflation Process:

  • Open the air valve slowly to begin inflation.
  • Inflate the air bag gradually to avoid sudden pressure buildup.
  • Monitor the pressure gauge to ensure it does not exceed the maximum working pressure specified by the manufacturer.
  • Stop inflation once the desired buoyancy is achieved or the airbag reaches the recommended pressure.

Seal the Valve:

Close the valve tightly to prevent accidental air release.

Deflation Instructions

Preparation:

  • Ensure the air bag is in a safe, stable position before deflation.
  • Check the area around the airbag to prevent any obstruction or hazard during deflation.

Release Air:

  • Gradually open the dump valve to release air slowly.
  • Do not open the valve too quickly to avoid sudden loss of buoyancy.

Complete Deflation:

Once fully deflated, press the air bag to ensure no residual air remains inside.

Storage:

  • Clean the airbag with fresh water to remove salt, sand, or debris.
  • Dry the airbag completely before folding and storing in a dry, cool place.
